A Day in Canadian History
Yesterday, October 17th 2018 marks a very important day in Canada. The country has made cannabis legal for recreational use. The Canada legalization of marijuana is a fantastic move in the right direction.
The age of use is 18 or 19 depending on the territory where it is sold. In turn, purchasing the herb can be made at dispensaries only. Cannabis will not be sold where you will find tobacco or alcohol. These locations are regulated either by provinces, territories or federally licensed producers.
Canada is now the second nation in the world to legal the recreational use of the herb. The first being Uruguay back in 2013.
People that want to try it for any ailments will now be able to do so without the need of obtaining a prescription.
